Binary fission

Small cells like eukaryotic organisms like amoeba can reproduce by binary fussion.Binary fission is when a single parent cell duplicates its genetic material and than divide into two equal parts. Binary fission is an amoeba. Amoeba have between 30 to 40 chromosomes. The chromosomes must be duplicate and attached to the spindle fibres in mitosis to make sure that the exact number of chromosomes end up in the daughter cell. Binary fission is also the only way for some bacterias to reproduce.
